I am excited about...

I did in fact get a Gameboy for Christmas that year — it was a gift from Granny, and I thanked her profusely for it. I still play it and it is still awesome. (I'm currently addicted to Pokemon SoulSilver for the DSi and it is just as amazing as the original Gameboy version.)
